How it works

Joining Wellness Workspaces is straightforward. Whether you're looking for a regular treatment room or somewhere to work occasionally, we'll help you find the right space and rental arrangement for your business. From your initial enquiry to welcoming your first client, here's what to expect.

Step 1: Enquire, visit and select your package

Get in touch to arrange a viewing of our treatment rooms and shared facilities. We'll discuss your business, the treatments you offer and which rental package best suits your needs.

Choose between regular weekly half-day or full-day rental, or flexible room hire booked online whenever you need it.

Step 2: Onboarding, verification and induction

Once you've chosen your rental package, we'll guide you through the setup process, including checking your qualifications, insurance and any relevant licensing requirements.

For Eco Skin Clinic Partners and Booking Partners, we'll help set up your profile on the Eco Skin Clinic website, including your practitioner page and treatment pages where required. We'll also arrange your appointment booking system and ensure your services are correctly listed, ready for clients to discover and book.

We'll then complete your rental agreement, explain the clinic procedures and arrange access to the premises so you're ready to get started.

Step 3: Treat clients and unlock collective perks

Start welcoming clients into your fully equipped, professional treatment space, with the flexibility to focus on running and growing your own business.

Depending on your chosen package, you'll benefit from access to our established client network, online appointment booking, treatment equipment and opportunities to promote your services through Eco Skin Clinic.

We'll continue to maintain the premises, shared facilities and agreed equipment, providing a welcoming environment for you and your clients.
